Our Range of Conveyor Systems

C2U-120:

The C2U-120 is a robust cost effective belt conveyor that is manufactured from Mechelec's custom made aluminium side profile that is 120mm deep x 40mm Wide. The C2U-120 can be customized to a range of widths and lengths to enable larger, heavier products to be transported. The C2U-120 can be supplied with variable speed control panels; basic and standard.

C2U-140ST:

All of Mechelec's standard range of conveyors can be supplied in stainless steel rather than aluminium to fulfil the requirements of any ‘clean’ environment required by industries such as food production, health and beauty or pharmaceutical. We supply these conveyors in a range of sizes appropriate to the size and weight of the product being conveyed.

Widths available in stainless steel are the same as those in our standard aluminium belt conveyors.

Customisation

All of our C2U-120 conveyors can also be manufactured in stainless steel for clean environments such as food production, health and beauty and the pharmaceutical industry.

We can also provide a Flighted C2U-120 Incline conveyor with all the advantages offered by the standard kit except this version of the C2U-120 is supplied with a conveyor belt complete with flights to lift products up an incline of up to 60 degrees gradient.

Involve Us From The Beginning

From an initial discussion to assess your requirements to an onsite evaluation, Mechelec’s engineers will take into account your industry type, full specification of your product, the speed of production, space constraints and whether the system has to link with any other existing equipment.

Following this stage, Mechelec will deliver fully annotated plans via a 3D CAD system to the client. These provide a springboard for the project from which modifications can be made prior to manufacture. Should the system merit it – Mechelec is happy to also convert the flat plans to a full computer simulation to demonstrate the synchronicity of the new conveyor system.

It is important to remember that unlike many of our competitors, we are not bound to one type of conveyor system. Therefore, Mechelec always makes sure that its clients have the right conveyor for the right application. Indeed we have delivered systems that incorporate up to five types of different conveyors.
